TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 June 4, 1975 Mayor Brotherton called the regular meeting to order at 7:45 P.M. Since a quorum of the Tiffin Town Council was not present, a motion was made to adjourn until June 11, 1975, 7:30. A second was made to the motion. The motion carried. Beverly J. Birtcher Beverly J.
