TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council held a regular meeting on November 12, 1975 at 7:30 P.M. in City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present: Judy Smith, Roger Formanek and Tom Morgan. Absent: Glenn Potter and Roger Janssen. Also present: Atty. Ralph Neuzil, Tom Mittman, Sidney Flack, Chris Crew, Diane Walters, Randy Bryant, Jeff Stratton, Steve Verry, Craig Johnson, Pete Duffey and Orville Yoder. Motion to approve the October 8th minutes was made by Formanek and seconded by Smith. Motion carried unanimously. Smith moved to pay Clerk-Treasurer Birtcher $20.00 for services rendered from August 13th to August 31, 1975, and thereafter, set wages for the Clerk-Treasurer at $170.00 per month. Seconded by Smith. Motion carried unanimously. Formanek moved to authorized the Mayor to re-submit a pre-application to the Non-Metro Discretionaries Grant program for Municipal Waterworks improvements, seconded by Morgan. Motion carried unanimously.
