Special meeting minutes, December 7th, submitted to Council for approval, December 10, 1975. The Tiffin City Council held a special meeting in City Hall at 10:00 A.M. on December 7, 1975 to consider an application for a Class "C" liquor license. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present; G. Potter, P. Morgan, R. Formanek and R. Jenssen. Absent; J. Smith. Consideration of the November regular meeting minutes was postponed until the regular December meeting. Potter moved to approve a Class "C" (Commercial) Liquor Beer License application submitted by James L. Morehead, Mary Ann Spurrier and Kenneth Cline dba The Corral, Hwy. #6, Marengo Rd. Morgan seconded. Application unanimously approved. Adjournment motion, made by Potter, was seconded by Formanek. Motion carried unanimously. Beverly J. Birtcher Beverly J. Birtcher, Clerk-Treas. 12/8/75 Clerk's Notes taken at December 7th meeting. The Clerk was directed to obtain all fees, deposits and any amounts due the City for the water and sewer funds from the owners of The Corral. Also, a Cigarette permit application by said business will be considered at the December 10th meeting.
