Special meeting minutes, December 7th, submitted to Council for approval, December 10, 1975. The Milpitas City Council held a special meeting in City Hall at 10:00 A.M. on December 7, 1975 to consider an application for a Class "C" Liquor License. Mayor Broderton presiding. Councilmembers present: G. Potter, T. Morgan, R. Varnack and R. Janssen. Absent: J. Smith. Consideration of the November regular meeting minutes was postponed until the regular December meeting. Potter moved to approve a Class "C" (Commercial) Liquor Peer License application submitted by James L. Morehead, Mary Ann Spurrier and Kenneth Ellis dba The Gospel, Hwy. #6, Menlopo Rd. Morgan seconded. Application unanimously approved. Adjournment motion, made by Potter, was seconded by Varnack. Motion carried unanimously. [Signature] Secretary-Treasurer, City Clerk-Treas. 12/8/75 Checking votes taken at December 7th meeting. The Clerk was directed to obtain all fees, deposits and any amounts due the City for the water and sewer funds from the cause of the Journal. Also, a Cigarette permit application by said individual will be considered at the December 13th meeting.
