TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 January 2, 1976 Mayor Brotherton called a special meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Since a quorum of the Tiffin City Council was not present, a motion was made to adjourn until January 14, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. The motion carried. Beverly J. Birtcher, Clerk-Treas. James E.
