TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council met in regular session on December 8, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Council members present at 7:50 p.m. roll call: Formanek, Morgan and Potter. Also present: Atty. Neuzil. Council member Stratton present at 9:07 p.m. Council member Janssen present at 9:15 p.m. Formanek moved to approve the minutes from the November 10th regular meeting. Morgan seconded and motion carried unanimously. Formanek moved to accept the Clerk-Treas. financial report. Potter seconded and motion carried unanimously. Potter moved to accept the following receipts and pay the following bills. Formanek seconded and motion carried unanimously.
