Minutes-4 /13/1977

The Tiffin City Council met in regular session on April 13, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmembers present: T. Morgan, J. Stratton, R. Formanek and R. Janssen; absent, G. Potter. Also present: C. Cunningham and D. Sauegling. Stratton moved to approve the minutes of March 9th regular meeting. Formanek seconded and motion carried unanimously. Stratton moved to accept the March financial report. Formanek seconded and motion carried unanimously. Janssen moved to approve an application for a liquor and beer sales permit submitted by Shirley A. Thompson, DBA The Lark Supper Club, Marengo Road. Stratton seconded and motion carried unanimously. Formanek moved to accept the request to cancel the garbage service billing for December, 1976 through March, 1977 from Ray Scheetz, Clear Creek Mobile Home Park because collection was not available during those months. Seconded by Morgan and motion carried unanimously. Formanek moved to pay the following bills and accept the following receipts.
