July 12, 1977 The Town City Landfill will use a cash or charge account system at the landfill site on July 1st, according to a letter received. Haulers will receive receipts and pay cash or set up charge accounts with the City Landfill dept. The Clerk will check with the City of Town City to clarify the City of Tiffin's position in this new system. No action on ordinance revision. Potter will purchase lawn mower from Sears, Roebuck & Co. for $699.00. He also requested that employee salaries be discussed at the August regular meeting. The request for a building addition permit for the Lark Supper Club was not complete, and since two Councilmembers were absent, no action could be taken. No action has been taken on the installation of the water fountain or the merry-go-round.
