Minutes-02/01/1979

Tiffin City Council met in special session Thurs., February 1, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. Council members present: Morgan, Sheridan, Stratton, Madden and Potter. Mayor Formanek presiding called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. Linda Walters, Tiffin's Animal Control Officer was present. Walters was directed by council to first attempt to find an animal's owner. However, if no owner is found, Walters was directed to have the animal put to sleep on the fourth day of confinement. Motion to adjourn at 12:05 a.m. by Potter, seconded by Morgan and carried unanimously. Roger Formanek, Mayor Beth H. Steinke, Clerk-Treas.
