Motion by Spivey second by Madden to approve clerk-treasurer's reports. Carried unanimously.
Motion by Spivey second by Williams to approve payment of bills except for Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Co. and to accept receipts. Carried unanimously.
Mayor Formanek reported that Clear Creek School Board president had approached him about fence along east side of school property. Fence was removed without authorization from the city.
Motion by Spivey second by Madden to adjourn at 11:20 p.m. Carried unanimously.
