Motion Madden second Potter to approve clerk-treasurer's reports. Carried unanimously.
Motion Potter second Spivey to approve bills except for Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company in the amount of $316.45 for lease and accept receipts. Carried unanimously.
Motion Madden second Potter to adjourn meeting at 11:55 p.m. Carried unanimously.
