The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Monday, April 6, 1981 at the Tiffin Methodist Church for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed budget for fiscal year 1981-82. Mayor Formanek called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Council-members present were Madden, Spivey, Potter, Rohret and Williams. The budget estimate had been republished to reflect the removal of debt service and trust and agency tax asking from the income other than property tax and their addition into the property tax asking. No community input. Resolution No. 1981-3 introduced by Madden. Motion Spivey second Madden to adopt Resolution No. 1981-3 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1982. Roll call vote: Madden, aye; Potter, aye; Rohret, aye; Spivey, aye; Williams, aye. Carried unanimously. Motion Potter, second Spivey to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. ROGER N. FORMANEK, MAYOR ADELIA S.
