Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 30, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. at the Tiffin Methodist Church for the purpose of hearing proposals for the use of $4600.00 of unappropriated federal general revenue sharing funds received by the City of Tiffin, Iowa. Senior citizens are encouraged to attend. All citizens attending this hearing have the right to provide written or oral comments or suggestions respecting possible use of revenue sharing funds.
