Fringe Area Study c. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. 62 and 57 SO AS TO REQUIRE WATER AND SEWER BILLS TO BE PAID BY THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY RATHER THAN THE TENANT d. Richard Bryant - request on behalf of Clear Creek Boosters' Club to allow installation of septic tanks on athletic field at Clear Creek High School b. Approval of contract with Johnson County Sheriff's Department c. Discussion of proposal from Coralville Public Library for service d. Discussion of proposal to vaccinate and license dogs and cats e.
