Tiffin City Council met in special session on Wednesday, March 9, 1983 in order to conduct a public hearing on use of approximately $2,600.00 in federal revenue sharing monies and budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 1984. Mayor pro-tem Cox called meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. Councilmembers present were Brown, Spivey, Rohret. Stevens was absent. Mayor Potter was absent. Also present were Judy Aspelmeier, Barbara Bechtoldt, Ralph Stoffer and John W. Grace. No one spoke during community form. Motion Rohret second Brown to approve agenda. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION NO. 1983-2, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE USE OF APPROXIMATELY $2,600.00 IN FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING MONIES IN FISCAL YEAR '84 was introduced by Spivey and seconded by Brown. Roll call vote: Brown, aye; Spivey, aye; Rohret, aye. Cox, aye. Carried unanimously. RESOLUTION NO. 1983-3, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1984 was introduced by Rohret and seconded by Brown.
