Motion Rohret second Stevens to approve clerk-treasurer's reports. Carried unanimously. Motion Cox to hire Dee Gosling to do compilation on FHA water report in accordance with FHA recommendations, at an estimated cost of $200.00 and to authorize clerk to sign letter of agreement, second by Brown. Carried unanimously. Motion Stevens second Rohret to pay bills and accept receipts. Carried unanimously. Motion Cox second Spivey to adjourn at 9:00 p.m. Carried unanimously. GLENN R.
