Council set date to consider job applications on August 19, 1985. Attorney stated that interviews could be held in closed session. Engineer will contact sub-contractor about finishing the water tower project under the new terms. Council consensus to smoke sewer lines on College Street and corner of Main and Third as soon as possible. Motion Spivey second Morgan to approve Annual Street Finance Report for FY '85. Carried unanimously. Motion Morgan second Runge to approve FmHA Annual Financial Report for FY '85. Carried unanimously. Motion Spivey second Runge to approve Annual Financial Report for FY '85 for State of Iowa. Carried unanimously. Motion Spivey second Runge to approve bills and accept receipts. Carried unanimously.
