Attorney reported that he talked with Francis Schneider, owner of sign which directs motorists on I-80 to use the Tiffin exit to get to the Ox Yoke Inn and that Schneider is unwilling to move sign. Council consensus not be pursue matter further.
Motion Runge second Stoner to approve clerk-treasurer reports. Carried unanimously.
Motion Stevens second Stoner to approve bills and accept receipts. Carried unanimously.
Motion Runge second Stevens to adjourn at 8:05 p.m. Carried unanimously.
