Potter hired Larry Stratton to spray duck weed and sewer ponds and to mow at sewer ponds and mow between railroad tracks and fence on south line of school property because Stratton has equipment necessary for projects.
Potter reported that he would tell Herring to mow the grass on north side of railroad with tractor and not with small rider.
Motion Morgan second Flansburg to approve clerk-treasurer's reports. Carried unanimously.
Motion Stoner second Stratton to approve bills and accept receipts. Carried unanimously.
Motion Flansburg second Morgan to adjourn at 8:00 p.m. Carried unanimously.
