The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Wednesday, March 9, 1988 at the Tiffin fire station in order to conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendment for budget for FY '88 and proposed budget for FY '89. Mayor Potter called meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Members present were Spivey, Stoner, Stratton and Morgan. One seat vacant. Motion Stratton second Stoner to approve agenda. Carried unanimously. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CURRENT BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1988 was introduced by Morgan and seconded by Stoner. Roll call vote: Stoner, aye; Spivey, aye; Stratton, aye; Morgan, aye. One seat vacant. Mayor declared Resolution No. 1988-3 passed and adopted. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1989 was introduced by Stoner and seconded by Spivey. Roll call vote: Stoner, aye; Spivey, aye; Stratton, aye; Morgan, aye. One seat vacant. Mayor declared Resolution No. 1988-4 duly passed and adopted. Motion Spivey second Stoner to adjourn at 6:55 p.m. Carried unanimously. Glenn R. Potter, Mayor Adelia S.
