Minutes-04/12/1989

The Tiffin City Council met in special session on Wednesday, April 12, 1989 in order to conduct a public hearing on proposed budget amendment for FY '89. Mayor Potter called meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Members present were Eggers, Spivey, Stoner and Stratton. Morgan was absent. Motion Spivey second Stratton to approve agenda. Carried unanimously. No community input on proposed budget amendment. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CURRENT BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1989 was introduced by Eggers and seconded by Stratton. Roll call vote: Eggers, aye; Spivey aye; Stoner, aye; Stratton, aye. Morgan absent. Mayor Potter declared Resolution No. 1989-6 duly passed and adopted.
