Schneider: I'm not going to the south right now. I'd have 30 feet of grass to the south sidewalk. Morgan: I'm hearing that the only way to do this is a rezoning issue. Attorney Greenleaf: Yes. Kees: He could still remodel. Schneider: If I want to put a lot of money into it, and I do, it needs to be rezoned. This will cost $40,000.00 to $50,000.00. Kees: It it feasible to do it at all? Schneider: With a fourth unit, it should be feasible. Williams: I don't see putting up another apartment. That will be expensive. Schneider: It's all the heavy work that costs the money. Adding the apartment won't be that expensive. Williams: Will there be 25 feet to the north? Schneider: Yes. Right now there's 19.3 feet to the north of the garage. I'm tearing it down and will add onto the building but leave 25 feet from the north. It'll be cut back by four or five feet to satisfy the ordinance. The building will look nice. The Ice Cream Store is two buildings but it only looks like one building. Williams: That's still not enough space. Schneider: My lot is 89' by 135'. That gives me the 12,000 square feet needed for four apartments. Williams: What about parking? Schneider: We've already discussed that. Potter called for more discussion and there was none. Motion Slaymaker second Stoner to adjourn at 7:10 p.m. Carried unanimously. GLENN R. POTER MAYOR ADELIA S. KERN, CLERK-TREASURER
