CITY OF TIFFIN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION January 17, 1996 A meeting of the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to order by Chair Mike Ryan, January 17, 1996, 7:30 p.m. at the Tiffin Fire Station. Members present: Mike Ryan, Terry Richardson, Dan O’Halloran, and Manzel Berlin. Absent: Sandy Huedepohl. Also present: Mayor Glenn Potter, Council Member Jim Bartels, Council Member Alan Kern, Planner Mike Singer, Tom Dryznski of East Central Iowa Council of Governments, Melvin Reeves and Bob Lane. Mike Singer informed the Planning and Zoning that they would be presented with the engineer’s review for Reeve’s parcel owned by Stetzel and Sewell on the 1st of February. The Planning and Zoning can expect to have the parcel plans on the agenda for February 7, 1996. Commission worked on review of the revised Land Use Plan. The revised Land Use Plan will be on the agenda for Planning and Zoning Commission on February 7th and a Public Hearing will be held the 14th of February during the regular City of Tiffin Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. for citizen input.
