November 12, 1997 Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commissioners Tiffin City Council P.O. Box 259 Tiffin, Iowa 52340 Re: Request for P&Z Meeting December 3, 1997 6:30 P.M. Dear Commissioners and Council Members, I would like to request a P & Z meeting for 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday December 3, 1997 to address the following items: 1. P&Z review and/or approval of Final Plat: Replat of Forest Ridge Subdivision Part Two (Schneider) 2. Discussion/recommendation of changes to Parking Requirements in City of Tiffin Zoning Ordinance 3. Discussion/recommendation of changes to Final Plat Approval requirements in City of Tiffin Subdivision Ordinance 4. New Appointments to Planning Commission 5. Discussion of possible Community Survey; questions to be added to survey document that will assist P&Z in mapping out future land uses and programs 6. Discussion on converting "Community Builder Plan" into a revised Tiffin Land Use Plan. Please mark this date on your calendars. It is important to have all commissioners attend this meeting.
