NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Tiffin December 10, 1997 The City of Tiffin, Iowa will hold a Public Hearing December 10, 1997, 6:30 p.m. at the Tiffin Fire Station. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear comments in favor of or against a proposed final plat approval of A Replat of Forest Ridge Subdivision Part Two in Johnson County submitted by Francis Schneider and John Schneider and located south and east of the City of Tiffin boundaries. Further information about the proposed subdivision can be viewed at the office of the city clerk or the city engineer. Residents are asked to attend this public hearing if they have questions regarding the proposed final platting of A Replat of Forest Ridge Subdivision Part Two or if they have any comment either in favor of or against said plat approval. Written comments may be mailed to the City of Tiffin, P.O. Box 259, Tiffin, Iowa 52340-0259. Any and all citizens of the City of Tiffin are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. Margaret B.
