For the above stated reasons, we urge the Board of Adjustment to deny the special exception permit of Cypress real estate on behalf of Nextel Communications. There must be many other possible locations for this cell tower, and the City of Tiffin must carefully control development of the community so that its residents will be assured of maintaining a pleasant and visually attractive community.
