Motion Walls, second Kern to accept the clerk and treasurer's report. Ayes: Walls, Ryan, Kern, Bartels, Gericke. Motion carried.
Motion Ryan, second Gericke to approve payment of bills and receipts. Ayes: Ryan, Walls, Kern, Gericke, and Bartels. Motion carried.
Motion Ryan, Second Kern to adjourn. Motion carried. 9:10 p.m.
