NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO: CITY OF TIFFIN POB 259 Tiffin, Iowa 52340 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Board of Adjustments of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, will conduct a public hearing at the Tiffin City Hall, Tiffin, Iowa, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 1998, at which time and place said board will consider the following application for variance to the City of Tiffin Zoning Ordinance requirements: Applicant: Jim Riggan Property Location: Clear Creek Mobile Home Park Ireland Avenue, Tiffin, Iowa Current Zoning: R-4 Mobile Home Park Zoning Chapter Ordinance: Section 5.07E.5 Requests: Variance from the required 60-foot lot width for Lots 51, 52, 53, and 65 Variance from required square lot footage of 6,000 square feet for Lot 51 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as indicated above, all persons having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to said variances to the Official Zoning Ordinance and Map for the City of Tiffin and thereafter, the Board of Adjustment of Tiffin, Iowa, may take such action as it deems appropriate.
