CITY OF TIFFIN PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the Tiffin City Council will accept bids until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 1998 for an industrial tractor. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. on October 9, 1998 will not be accepted. Proposed specifications may be obtained by calling the Maintenance Director Brett Mehmen at (319) 645-2572. Deliver bids to the City of Tiffin at Tiffin City Hall of mail to PO Box 259, Tiffin, IA 52340 and mark on envelope "sealed bid enclosed". Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on October 9. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularity in the bids and in the bidding, and to enter into such contract as shall be deemed to be in the best interest of the city.
