PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA The City of Tiffin, Iowa will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving input and suggestions from the general public concerning the City's Community Builder Plan. Community Builder Plans are intended to provide a short-term action plan for City development, as well as provide the basis for bonus points on certain state funded grant and loan programs. The Public Hearing will be held November 12, 1997, at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall on 201 Main Street. The plan is available for public review at the City Clerk's office.
