Monday, November 23, 1998 TO: Mayor Potter, Jim Bartels, Brett, Building Inspector, Tom Bigelow and Dan O’Halloran. Mike Singer has called this afternoon to request a meeting set up for Monday, November 30th. Preference would be a Monday morning or afternoon time. If this is not possible, would 5:00 p.m. on Monday work for most everyone? If this does not work, what time would you suggest? Mike Singer is getting requests for a reduction in the number of parking spaces required per living unit. The ordinance requires a minimum of 2.5 per unit. Builders of large units would like this number lowered. Mike did not say if any of these builders would be present at the meeting. Please call me and let me know if this time is going to work.
