No further information has been received from BenKay Apartments regarding first floor apartments changes. This ordinance was amended to assist them with this request. Building problems and their enforcement was discussed by the planning and zoning. Attorney Greenleaf has prepared a complaint form and the ordinance for infractions was approved by the city council last month. No work on the radio tower has been observed, members asked if the building application and variance was subject to a time limit. Motion Walls, second Reeves to adjourn.
