City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1998-217 (Zoning) Section 5.07 D R-3 MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 8. MINIMUM OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING SPACE: (b) Multiple Dwellings, is hereby deleted and the following insert in lieu thereof: (b) Multiple Dwellings: one (1) space per bedroom, with a minimum of two (2) spaces per unit plus one (1) space for every four (4) units. Any fraction of a space to be rounded up to a whole number. YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as indicated above, all persons having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to said amendment to City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1998-217 (Zoning Ordinance), and thereafter, the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, may take such action as it deems appropriate.
