CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION March 3, 1999 COMES NOW, the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission and having reviewed the applications for annexation by Oakes Construction Company and Victor and Donna Zender and Washington Park Partners and the resulting nonconsenting annexation of the Bradley and Marsha Tomson property, now makes recommendation to the Tiffin City Council that the zoning for all said annexed territories should be A-1, Agricultural, except for the territory owned by the Tomsons and known as Lot 1, Hoyt's First Subdivision, etc., for which the commission recommends the zoning classification to be C-2, Highway Commercial.
