Brad and Marcia Tompson and their Attorney Mark Danielson were present to indicate their willingness to make a voluntary annexation to the city if the city would require no sewer or water connection during the length of time that they owned the property and that it was being used as a residence. Motion Berner, second Richardson to recommend that the city approve the voluntary annexation request from Brad and Marcia Tompson for lot at Hoyt's Subdivision with agreement that Brad and Marcia Tompson will not be required to hook into city water and sewer service for the period of time that they own this home and as long as this property is used for a residence and to authorize the Chair Dan O'Halloran to sign this same recommendation to the Tiffin City Council. Ayes: Richardson, Berner, O'Halloran, and Reeve. Absent: Walls. Motion carried. John Schneider has called the clerk and is pushing his request for zoning change off a later date.
