NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF TIFFIN TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE SITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA, AND ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THERIN AND TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Board of Adjustments of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, will conduct a Public Hearing at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, 1999, at which time and place said board will consider the following application for variance to the City of Tiffin Zoning Ordinance requirements. 1. Current Zoning: R-3 Multiple Family Residential Note: Owner request variance on set back requirements on portions of north boundary of location.
