PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 21, 1999 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tiffin City Hall regarding a proposed capital improvements plan for the City of Tiffin. The proposed capital improvements plan defines the major capital construction projects that may be completed by the City over the next five years. The plan describes the proposed capital projects identified by the City and explains how the projects may be financed and when they may be completed. A copy of the proposed is available for review and inspection at the City Clerk's office at the Tiffin City Hall from _____ a.m. to _____ p.m. and at the Tiffin Post Office from by calling 628-4784. _____ a.m. to _____ p.m. Monday through Friday. Interested persons are welcome to review this Capital Improvement Plan during these hours. Interested persons are welcome to present written or verbal comments at the public hearing regarding the proposed capital improvements plan.
