Ed Cole ,, ,- visited with Planning and Zoning members regarding possible zoning inthe area The-City of Tiffin Land >° Use Planning Maps designates the area R=;1'. Ed was askiirg ifhe' couldplace R-2:and R-3. along the eastern boundary of the 44 acres. Members of thePlanning and Zoning indicated that theywould have to see more definite planning beforeiespondingto this re ', h4embers feltcor cn about placing high;density housing adjacent to single family dwellings in the vicinity.°-Ed Cole explained that he did not desire to _ x building anything larger than 8-unit two stay housing for the area Members talked about a more specific zoning designation called Residential 15-that would outline housing that would fill between R-2 duplex , • and R- 3 multiple family as detailed in current Tiffin zoning Members indicated that they could accept the portion of his plans that-included R- 1 as this conforms with the current Land Use Plan.
