NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF TIFFIN TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE SITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA, AND ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THEREIN AND TO; WMOM IT MAY CONCERN YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Council of City of Tiffin, Iowa, will conduct a Public Hearing at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 9, 2000 at the Tiffin Fire Station, Tiffin, Iowa at which time and place said City Council will consider an Ordinance Amending the City Zoning Map for the City of Tiffin, specifically rezoning areas of R-3 multiple to R-2.5 multiple for property located north of Highway #6 and east of Reeve's Subdivision and extending easterly. YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as indicated above, all persons having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to said ordinance amendment changing the Official Zoning Map for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
