changes to the Johnson County Planning and Zoning Comission for additional study and
review. Ayes: Reeve, Peteresen, Berner, Hudepohl and Richardson. Motion carried.
Motion Huedepohl, second Reeve to approve recommendation of the 2001 Tiffin
Comprehensive Plan that has been worked on by the Planning and Zoning. Ayes:
Berner, Hudepohl, Petersen, Richardson and Reeve. Motion carried.
The Planning and Zoning has started update of zone categories. Residential zones
studied last month and this month. Commission will meet on Wednesday, April 24, at
6:30 p.m. to review and make recommendation on new commercial zones.
Motion Reeve, second Richards to adjourn. Motion carried. 7:50 p.m.
