Mick McGrew was present to talk about his plans for his lot on Marengo Road. Mick is not certain exactly which way he should move forward with the property. The clerk gave Mr. McGrew both zoning and subdivision worksheets for whatever request he may decide. Mr. McGrew asked if he could sell off a portion of the most easterly section of the property. P& Z explained that he could sell off a portion, however that would not allow anyone to use the property in a different zone that is at present. To make another use, the property would have to be rezoned. No action by Planning and Zoning.
