Motion Huedepohl, second Richardson to take no action on the Steven's request for rezoning as the application remains incomplete, no fee, map and list of property owners received to this date. Ayes: Berner, Huedepohl, Reeve, Richardson. Absent: Petersen. Nays: None. Motion carried. Planning and Zoning will place request on agenda when application is received in full. The attorney has information on Johnston-Potterfield release of utility improvements and payment of same. No information for Planning and Zoning. Motion Reeve, second Huedepohl to make no recommendation in this matter, as no information is before the commission and that city council should proceed as deemed reasonable in this matter. Ayes: Richardson, Berner, Huedepohl, and Reeve. Absent: Petersen. Motion carried. Planning and Zoning spent time in fringe area planning. Motion Huedepohl, second Reeve to make no recommendation in regard to plastic water lines inside homes, as the commission as no information and to defer action to city council as they may deem appropriate. Ayes: Richardson, Berner, Huedepohl and Reeve. Absent: Petersen. Nays: None. Motion carried. Planning and Zoning Commission spent time on comprehensive plan and suggestions for new zone improvements.
