Tiffin Planning and Zoning December 1, 2004 A regular meeting of the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to order by Chair Steve Berner at 6: 30 p. m. Members present: Steve Berner, Melvin Reeve, Ruth DeMuth, Stephanie Surine. Absent: Terry Richardson. Also present: Mayor Glen Potter, Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen• and Karin Dils. Nothing further from the Schneider Subdivision request. Steve Berner reported that. Schneider has decided to drop his request at this time. No further information or request from annexation request from George Klein. Members have received ordinance update packet and will study this for upcoming" meeting.
