Roll Call The City of Tiffin’s Planning & Zoning Commission held a regular scheduled session on May 13th, 2026, at the City Hall Conference Room. Board Chair Gina Landau called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Luther Parker, Nick Ford, Gina Landau. Absent: Travis Whitmore. Others present Building Official Brian Shay and Deputy City Clerk Brianna Wilkerson. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Parker. Second by Ford. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Approval of April Meeting Minutes Motion to approve April meeting minutes by Ford. Second by Parker. All ayes, motion carried. D. Discussion and consideration of OPD Site District, Park Place City Center-Part One, Phase Six, Lot Six Discussion: Four story residential building. Outside will appear 1st level commercial. At work session council agreed this is a good point to transition to full residential from mixed use. Motion to approve by Parker Second by Landau. All ayes, motion carried. E. OPD Update Marvin Gardens is the next OPD. Will be all residential, multi-family sub-division coming in next month. F. Adjournment Motion to by Landau. Second by Ford.
