Randy Miller or Iowa Reality presented site plan for a lot located in the Industrial Park. Zoning commission provided input for the plans.
Site plan for a car wash was received by the commission for a location at the corner of Main Street and Highway #6. No one was present to provide information. The proposal is moved to the May agenda.
Members requested more information on Oakdale route and future road routes for the next meeting.
Motion carried to adjourn: 7:40 p.m.
