Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission May 2, 2007 listed recommendations and any further recommendations as made by city engineer. Ayes: Berner, Surine and Schmidt. Absent: Colvin and Reeve. Motion carried. Berner explained that he had visited with Attorney Greenleaf on the current PAD section of the Zoning Ordinance. The' Zoning Ordinance allows the PZ to require the same zoning regulations pertaining to any zone within a PAD just as it would if the same property were located outside a PAD. Members still desire to review this section. More study will continue. Surine suggested checking internet for the PAD used by the City of Solon. Motion Schmidt, second Surine to table recommendations for PAD and Zoning Ordinance and to wait for receipt of city engineer review of same. Ayes: Schmidt, Colvin and Berner.
