Motion Carried New Business Fitzgerald: A person wants to sell cars in industrial park. M- 1 allows sales, M- 2 does not; M- 1 is supposedly more restrictive than M- 2 but M- 2 does not allow everything that is M- 1. Surine, if change M- 2 to allow sales, do we have a problem with a car dealership opening. Jackson said that Attorney states we can even limit it in the wording to antique cars. Surine wants to say "indoor storage/ sales." Jackson explains that it is primarily for storage, will not have dealer license. The person wants to be able to sell from premises if someone makes offer while looking. Not going to be advertising sales. Motion by Fitzgerald to amend M- 2 wholesale uses to include indoor auto storage and sales Second by Surine Ayes: All Nays: None Motion Carried Colvin asked if Council acted on storm water management. Jackson said yes and agreed by Fitzgerald. P& Z committee wants copies of Council Minutes and Agendas.
