AGENDA ITEM # E-8 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: July 1, 2026 AGENDA ITEM: Approval of Pay Application #14 – Boomerang Corp – North Park Road Project ACTION: Motion Background Construction continues on the North Park Road Improvements Project. The project includes roadway reconstruction, installation of water main and storm sewer infrastructure, a pedestrian tunnel, recreational trail improvements, traffic control features, and other associated public infrastructure improvements. Boomerang Corp. has submitted Pay Application No. 14 for work completed during the period of May 24, 2026 through June 27, 2026. The payment application has been reviewed by the project engineer and is recommended for approval. Pay Application No. 14 reflects work completed during the current pay period, including installation of sign posts and anchors, erosion control measures, and connections to existing storm sewer infrastructure. The application also accounts for approved work associated with project closeout activities. Construction of the North Park Road Improvements Project is substantially complete, with this payment representing a relatively small amount of remaining work completed during the reporting period. The project engineer has reviewed the contractor's quantities and recommends payment in accordance with the contract documents.
