CITY OF TIFFIN - Minutes Work Session The Tiffin City Council had a work session on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at City Hall. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. Roll Call: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Jim Bartels, Peggy Upton, Mark Petersen. Also present: Administrator Jackson. Motion by Ryan to approve the agenda, seconded Upton. All ayes. Motion carried. Explanation and discussion by Administrator Jackson with council over the FY2015 budget. Council asked questions regarding parks, road use tax, water, sewer, school development, salaries and several other inquiries. The total property tax will remain the same as last year at $11.97. Council confirmed the City will be able to complete most of the FY15 Capital Improvements without borrowing any funds until some time in 2015. Motion Ryan to adjourn at 7:25 p.m., seconded by Petersen. All ayes.
