CITY OF TIFFIN – Work Session Minutes The Tiffin City Council held a work session on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at City Hall. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. Roll Call: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Jim Bartels, Peggy Upton, Mark Petersen. Also present: Public Works Director Mehmen, Engineer Frederick, Administrator Jackson. Motion to approve the agenda by Petersen, second Kahler. All ayes. Motion passed. AW Welt Insurance informed council on the changes in insurance options due to the affordable care act. Council discussed insurance options and if the increase will be passed onto the employees. Motion Kahler to adjourn at 6:59 p.m., seconded Bartels. All ayes. Motion carried. Michon Jackson, City Administrator/Clerk
